Practice Directives & Policies

Practice Directives, Policies and Guidelines are requirements chiropractors must follow in order to practice in Alberta. Failure to adhere to legislation and/or CCOA standards (which include directives and policies) will find a chiropractor subject to the complaint process administered by the CCOA. A complaint can be made by a patient, the Registrar, the Complaints Director or another regulated member.
