CCOA is pleased to welcome new Public Members: Shanine van Rooijen, Solange Pomerleau and Peter Murchland, appointed by the Government of Alberta, to CCOA’s Council. The Health Professions Act requires that members of the public are represented equally within a college’s governance structure to reflect the mandate of protecting the public interest above all else. We are pleased to report that the 2025-2026 Council has 50 per cent Public Members and 50 per cent Regulated Chiropractors.
