How we will manage your application file
Within five business days of CCOAÂ receiving your complete application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application and notification of any outstanding requirements.
Registration documents and emails from all applicants and members are placed in a queue and dealt with in the order they are received. However, processing times may vary depending on the time of year and processing volumes.
Application files are typically assessed by CCOAÂ staff; however, the Registrar may refer any matter to the CCOAÂ Registration Committee for consideration and this may delay the application process.
