Discipline decisions
As per the Health Professions Act and CCOA Bylaw 8.1, the College of Chiropractors of Alberta (CCOA) publishes records of all decisions made as outcomes of complaints as of April 1, 2019. Any decisions made prior to this date can be obtained by contacting the Complaints Director.
Decisions made regarding complaints of sexual misconduct or sexual abuse will remain online indefinitely. All other decisions will remain online for a period of 10 years.

Hearing tribunal written decisions and orders will be posted pending the expiration of the appeal period, as per the Health Professions Act.
